Accounts and audit assistant
We are looking for an accounts and audit assistant, with some taxation knowledge.
The role will include:
– Bookkeeping and accounts production for clients
– Preparation of management and statutory accounts and tax computations
– Assisting on audits
There is scope for promotion in due course.
We will support your ACCA Practical Experience Requirement (PER) and are an approved training office.
The candidate should be ACCA qualified or an ACCA affiliate member with at least two years’ relevant experience and have:
– Good working knowledge of SAGE software
– Excellent Excel skills
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Graduates at Begbies
Begbies is also an ICAEW accredited training firm for students and many of our current staff have trained with the firm. Each year we look for a small number of talented graduates to train and qualify as accountants.
