Our 2023 Transparency Report has been prepared to meet the requirements of the Statutory Auditors (Transparency) Instrument 2008 and is presented in accordance with the requirements of EU Regulation 537/2014 and the amended Directive 2014/56/EU which following the UK’s exit from the European Union have been retained as a requirement for audit firms who audit public interest entities (PIEs).
The report covers the firm’s year ended 31 March 2023 and in accordance with the Transparency Reporting requirements, provides an overview of who we are, our values and the policies and procedures we have in place to ensure the maintenance of high quality standards in our audit services.
